Chicken Shami Kebab

Materials

1.  Chicken breast meat 1 kg

2.  Ginger paste 1 teaspoon 

3.  1 teaspoon of garlic paste

4.  1 bay leaf

5.  2 pieces of cinnamon

6.  2-3 cardamoms (hot spices should be removed while blending chicken)

7.  Like salt tastes

8.  5-6 green chilli powder ( as per choice)

9.  2 chopped onions

10.  Boiled potatoes 4 pieces of medium size / 1 cup of pulses ( soaked and boiled with chicken.)

11.  1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder

12.  1 tablespoon coriander powder

13.  1 tablespoon fried cumin powder

14.  1/2 teaspoon chili powder

15.  1 teaspoon of hot spice powder

16.  1 handful of coriander leaves

17.  Beat 2 eggs


Chicken Shami Kebab method

*  First, cut the chicken into pieces, add the chicken with the boot dal, and boiled potatoes, just boil the chicken and mix the potatoes later, Now, stir in the coriander powder, chili powder, hot spice powder, salt to taste, bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamon with the same amount of water and let it boil in the oven.

*  When the meat and pulses are cooked and the water is dry, remove them. 

*  Now blend the cooked chicken meat in a blender.

*  Now pour in a bowl and mix with eggs.

*  Now, heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry it with onion powder, chili powder, and light brown. Now mix it well with coriander powder. Now cool it and mix it well with chicken.

*  Now take the same amount of minced meat and apply a little oil on the palm of your hand and make it in the shape of a flat Kebab. Fill the box when it freezes.

*  Now take it out as required and fry it in hot oil with medium heat.

*  Now serve with rice or polao, biryani, fun chicken shami kebab.


Notes:

With boil potatoes, the chicken should be boiled, all the powder should be boiled with a paste mixture and blended, then the potato chutney should be mixed with the chicken mince. Then it should be mixed with onion powder, chili powder, coriander leaves, and fried cumin powder as given above. There is.

You can lightly fry this kebab and put it in the deep freezer. When you are happy, you can brown it again and fry it.
